Membership
In consideration for your use of the services provided on JoyCatholicStore.com,
you agree to provide true, accurate, up to date, and complete information about
yourself as asked for in the New Registration Form. You also agree to promptly
update your personal information from time to time to keep it true, accurate,
current and complete.
You may register for one account only. You are prohibited from using a login
name or e-mail address, which breaches the intellectual property or other property
rights of any person or entity. JoyCatholicStore.com reserves the right to prohibit
the use of any login name or e-mail address which, JoyCatholicStore.com in its
sole discretion deems inappropriate.
Termination of Use
JoyCatholicStore.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account
without notice if you provide JoyCatholicStore.com with false, misleading, not
current or incomplete Registration Information or if you violate any of these
Terms. JoyCatholicStore.com shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected
violation of these rules and any decision it makes relating to termination of
your account shall be final and binding.
Login Name and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login
name and password. You are not to disclose your password to any other person.
You are responsible for the use of your account, whether or not authorised by
you.
You shall immediately notify JoyCatholicStore.com if it comes to your knowledge
that your password has been compromised or there has been unauthorised use of
your account.
JoyCatholicStore.com shall not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind
suffered by you as a result of unauthorised use of your login name and password.
Agreement
Whenever a sale transaction occurs between JoyCatholicStore.com and a customer,
it is considered to have abided to these Terms & Conditions. A transaction
is considered to have occurred only when JoyCatholicStore.com accepts a customer’s
order.
JoyCatholicStore.com will only deliver the products when payment is received
for the price of the products quoted and any other applicable charges. Prices
shown on the site are not inclusive of any export or import fee, tax or other
charges.
Delivery and Products
JoyCatholicStore.com will set the delivery date which shall be used as an indication
only and JoyCatholicStore.com will not bear any responsibility or obligation
for late delivery.
All risks in the product/s shall pass from JoyCatholicStore.com to the customer
upon delivery of the products to the customer. If the customer fails to take
delivery of products or fails to enable JoyCatholicStore.com to make delivery
for whatever reason, delivery shall be deemed to have taken place upon JoyCatholicStore.com
giving notice to the customer of such delivery. In which case, title and risk
to the product/s shall pass immediately to the customer. Customer shall reimburse
JoyCatholicStore.com all costs and expenses (including but not limited to transport,
storage and insurance charges) incurred by JoyCatholicStore.com as a result
of the customer's failure or refusal to take physical delivery.
The customer shall be deemed to have accepted the product/s in good condition
and in accordance with the Agreement, unless JoyCatholicStore.com is notified
otherwise within one day of the delivery of the product/s.
Limitation of liability
JoyCatholicStore.com WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND FROM YOUR
USE OR INABILITY TO ACCESS AND USE JoyCatholicStore.com SITES OR SERVICES, ANY
OF ITS CONTENTS OR FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN (OR REFRAINED FROM BEING TAKEN) AS
A RESULT OF THE USE OF JoyCatholicStore.com SERVICES.
Privacy policy
Your privacy is important to us. JoyCatholicStore.com will not disclose to any
individual your name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number without your
prior consent except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable
laws or in legal proceedings.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
You agree that all contracts between you and JoyCatholicStore.com will be deemed
for all purposes to have been concluded in Singapore. You agree that these Terms
and the Conditions will be governed exclusively by the law of Singapore without
regard its conflict of law rules and that you irrevocably submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.

Delivery, Back Orders and Partial Orders
We provide both local and overseas delivery. Please allow 3-5 working days for
local orders' processing and delivery. Overseas orders by Air may take 21 days
for delivery. The actual time taken will depend on stock's availability, shipping
destination and mode of shipment. In situations where the shipping destination
differs from the billing address, we may take an additional working day to verify
the order with the customer.
We will hold back an overseas order until all items in that order are in stock
to avoid incurring additional charges on partial shipment. We will seek your
instructions if and when stocks are delayed or out of stock.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Local
A delivery charge of S$10 will be levied on all local orders.
Overseas
Shipping & handling charges on overseas delivery will be computed once we
process your order. You will receive an email to confirm the charges payable.
Depending on your country, you may have to pay additional custom duties and
taxes, where applicable.
Modes of Payment
We accept payment by credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), and
online cash transfer payments into our bank account (local delivery only). We
provide SSL-encrypted secure environment for order processing.
We do accept payment by cheque for local orders. However, the order will only
be dispatched upon the clearance of the cheque.
Free Gift Wrapping and Gift Tag
Please let us know if you are buying a gift for your friends, associates or
relatives, we can gift wrap your order beautifully for you. Every gift you order
will be accompanied by a beautiful gift tag. Just tell us what you want to say
to the gift's recipient, and we will put it down on the gift tag for you. Our
creativity and personalized service is the hallmark of our products and services.
Return Policy
We will allow a refund if, for any reasons, you are not satisfied with your
online purchases. Refunds will be made under the following conditions:
For overseas orders:
1.The goods are returned to us within 14 days.
2.There is proof of purchase from our store. The receipt that is enclosed in
your parcel will suffice for this purpose. The faulty or damaged goods have
not been subject to any abuse or neglect by the users. The goods must still
be in its original packaging.
3.The customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges, if any, for
returning the goods to JoyCatholicStore.com. In addition, shipping & handling
charges already incurred in fulfilling the orders will not be refunded.
For local orders, the above conditions apply, except the following differences:
1.The goods must be returned to us within 7 days.
2.Customer must return the goods personally to JoyCatholicStore.com located
at 10 Ubi Crescent #07-97, Ubi Techpark, Lobby E, Singapore 408564.
3.To help expedite matters, please call us at +65 6745 1691 before coming down
to our office.
We reserve the rights to make amendment to the policy without prior notice.
Canceled Orders
We usually process your order within 24 hours of your placing your order. Therefore,
if you need to cancel your order prior to shipment, we will only refund you
the amount paid less the handling charge (this is to partially cover the cost
of labour expended in processing your order). However, if the order has not
been processed, there will be no charge.
